The interior of the command console is not closed. The heat sink design follows the principle of aerodynamics and has hidden gaps and holes to promote ventilation and heat dissipation. It not only uses hidden vents for heat dissipation, but also uses door panels for heat dissipation. The front and rear door panels of each cabinet are equipped with heat dissipation holes (opening rate 30%). The principle of air flow exchange is used to generate circulating air within the cabinet to achieve dual heat dissipation functions, thereby fully ensuring the safe and effective operation of the equipment and the safety of operation.

After the cold air enters from the front, back and bottom, it is heated inside the command center console and then flows out from the top. This ensures the long-term safe operation of the equipment inside the wall without relying on equipment such as built-in cooling fans. At the same time, hot air cannot be released near the human body to avoid affecting the health of the monitoring personnel. Among them, the ventilation holes of the ventilation cover have a diameter of 1 mm and a hole spacing of 2 mm. The command center console door panel can choose the logo hollow design for timely heat dissipation.

Technical performance

① Overall design

Based on ergonomics, flexibility and stability design, a streamlined design with strong three-dimensional lines and modern feel is adopted. The structural design fully considers the stability and balance of the dispatch console, so the load-bearing capacity can meet customer needs.

② Ergonomics:

Each part of the dispatch console is designed according to ergonomic principles to give users a comfortable feeling. The height of the table is between 715-750mm, ensuring that there is enough leg space under the table so that people can operate for a long time without fatigue.

③ Environmental protection

The materials used in the product are made of environmentally friendly materials. They have passed the limited test stipulated in GB/T35607-2017 “Green Product Evaluation Furniture” and formaldehyde emission has not been detected.

The special structural connector of the command center console has high connection strength and is not easy to loosen, with strong resistance to deformation, precise dimensional tolerance and sufficient internal frame space, allowing customers to place different equipment.

Column thickening

Each component in the frame structure is stamped and bent from a first-grade cold rolled steel plate, and the component of the load beam is not less than 3mm. The material thickness is 2.0mm.

Desktop material selection

The tabletop is made of 15-26.8mm imported Wilsonart fireproof board. It has extremely strong waterproof, fireproof, high temperature and aging resistance, high strength, and can choose the color according to customer requirements. The combustion performance test of this product has reached the flame retardant level 1, which meets the inspection standard GB 20286-2006 “Combustion performance requirements and labeling of flame products and components in public places”. The peak release rate is 0 kW, the total heat released in 5 minutes is 0 mJ, and the maximum smoke density is 1% (other factory materials cannot meet the flame retardant inspection value of our factory)

Panel hand pillow

The edge of the desktop is formed by pouring no less than 30mm of flexible polyurethane. It feels comfortable, sturdy and durable. The hand pillow on the side of the table is formed as a whole, and there is no gap between the joints of the desktop, that is, the gap is zero. The whole is coordinated and unified, and it meets the national quality inspection formaldehyde emission limit standards.

Panel environmental protection

The product has passed the limited test specified in GB/T35607-2017 “Green Product Evaluation Furniture” and the test results of formaldehyde release, benzene, toluene, xylene, TVOC and migration elements in furniture coatings were not found.

Front and rear door panels

Door panel material selection: cold rolled steel plate

The door panel is made of cold rolled plate. The surface has been processed by ceramic processing, anti-corrosion, anti-corrosion and other processes. It uses electrostatic spraying. The structure does not pollute the environment and is non-toxic to the human body. The coating is highly corrosion and drug resistant, and no primer is required. . After the product is subjected to a 500-h neutral salt spray test, the corrosion resistance level is 10 according to QB. /T3832-1999 “Corrosion Result Evaluation of Metal Coatings for Light Industrial Products”. (Currently, other factories have a 10-level corrosion resistance level after a 20-hour neutral salt spray test)

Door panel material selection: Wilsonart fireproof board

The door panel is made of ENF-grade solid wood particle board, and both sides are covered with Wilsonart fireproof board with a thickness of not less than 1mm.

Door panel heat dissipation design

The front and rear door panels are equipped with heat dissipation holes (opening rate 30%), which use the principle of air flow exchange to generate circulating air inside the cabinet to achieve dual heat dissipation functions, thereby fully ensuring the safe and effective operation of the equipment.

Host tray

The command center console is equipped with a 19-inch shelf to facilitate the installation and deployment of equipment.

Keyboard tray

The keyboard box adopts 301mm silent slide rails, and the hand pillow adopts polyurethane soft surface, which is comfortable, sturdy and durable.

Aluminum profile screen

The thickness of the processed aluminum alloy curve is not less than 2mm, and a groove for hanging the monitor arm is provided
