1. Frame structure: Utilizing modular construction combining steel and wood, the internal frame features cable channels that provide separate routing for power and data cables. The main frame and internal frame are constructed from 2.0mm cold rolled steel plates, and the front arms support the tabletop section made from 3.0mm thick cold rolled steel plates. The front and rear door panels are made from 1.2mm cold rolled steel plates. The exterior surface is coated with static electro-powder spray and treated with anti-static powder spray. The main frame is equipped with separate routing channels for power and data cables.
2. Desktop: The desktop is made of Wilsonart’s fireproof panel. The overall thickness is not less than 27mm, and flexible polyurethane is applied to the periphery of the desktop edge. Arrow grooves are carved between the two large panels to ensure a seamless surface after overall assembly. The rear wall is made of aerospace aluminum profile paired with acrylic light panels. The safe load is greater than 540 kg. The desktop is equipped with a cable channel to meet the requirements of clean desktop operation.
3. Table edge: The armrest position should extend from the main body of the desktop to ensure the stability and reliable strength of the table edge. This ensures long-term comfort for employees and prevents fatigue and physical injuries.
4. Keyboard tray: The design of the armrest is in arc shape, integrated with the desktop, with a streamlined surface, polished, wear-resistant and spray-coated. The tray should use reliable quality ball slides. The edge of the armrest should be made of integrated molded flexible polyurethane to ensure reliable strength.
5. The control console can be equipped with cool ambient lighting decoration, energy-saving, high brightness, low power consumption, safe, low voltage, long life, bright colors, full of technical significance, and can be customized according to the on-site decoration style. The side panel of the control console can be customized with a logo.
6. The internal structure of the control console is non-enclosed, following the heat dissipation design of aerodynamic principles, with hidden gaps and channels for ventilation and heat dissipation.
